How do I change my email/password?

Can I put my membership on hold?
You may place your membership on hold for up to 30 days. You will not be charged during the 30 day hold period. Payments will resume automatically after the 30 day period.
This can be useful when you know you will be traveling or otherwise unavailable, but want to maintain your participation in the group. During the 30 day hold period, you will have access to the Facebook Group and this Membership Site. You will not be permitted to call in to the live calls during the 30 day period.
A 30 Day Hold on your membership allows you to maintain your membership at your current discounted rate. If you are to cancel and re-register at a later date, current discounts would not apply.
It does not waive our 30 day cancellation notice policy should you decide not to continue for any reason.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time with 30 days notice by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will respond by providing your final participation date (30 days from the date of your email) and the date of your final payment.
We have a 30 day cancellation policy to support the integrity and depth of the group. We purposefully keep the group at a small size and hold your space for you in the program. Upon cancellation, we open up your seat to a new member.
